Refund policy

Not happy with your size then yes you can return it for another one. Want a different colour? Same thing. Not fully satisfied with your product? You can return your order within 30 days.

We offer exchanges and store credits within 30 days.

For health and hygiene reasons some products are not able to be returned. This includes but not limited to, socks, briefs, face masks & water bottles.

  • Store credits and exchanges need to be returned within 60 days
  • Refunds must be processed within 30 days. Handling fees apply
  • Products must be unworn and unwashed
  • Returns affected by perfume, deodorants or make-up will not be accepted
  • Your item must be in resalable condition with tags still attached

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

There are NO returns on items purchased from the SALE section on our website.  Any items returned that were on sale will be sent back to you.

To start a return, you can contact us at matt@okthro.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
All returned items must be in an unworn, clean, fresh and saleable condition (please no perfume or aftershave smells or stains!) and MUST have the original tags attached.  If your item doesn't adhere to these conditions - they will be returned to you. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded less shipping on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
