Refunds, returns, and exchanges

We accept returns up to 30 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return. 

All returned items must be in an unworn, clean, fresh and saleable condition (please no perfume, aftershave smells or stains!) and MUST have the original tags attached.  If your item doesn't adhere to these conditions - they will be returned to you. 

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.


  1. Let us know why you are returning your gear at 
  2. We will advise if it passes this test (normally does) and we will email you a shipping label
  3. Attach the shipping label to your return bag (you can reuse the bag we sent).
  4. Let us know when and where to pick it up.
